SO, it's been a while. Once Evan was enrolled in KG in Calgary and Justin was 2 months old we decided on a whim to ditch Cow Town & head back to the sticks. Good decision!
Evan was only able to eat rice & cougar meat when we moved here but within months was eating new foods, very very exciting! We finally felt safe enough to take that trip down to Mexico & the 4 of us spent a week with my dad & Tracey. Todd spent 4 days in bed sick though!

Evan had the same kindergarten teacher as I did and was (& still is) in the same class as Autumn, just like our plan when Kara & I got pregnant :) Justin is a little spitfire and totally the opposite as Evan.
Yeah...he's kinda bad!

I never use the Blog.

We live in Jaffray now so who needs the blog? I see everybody.
Maybe one day I'll update with a picture of Justin & Ev or something!!!

SOOOooooo.....It's been 3 months since my last post, which wasn't much of a post either. A bit has happened since all my previous posts from the summer. I am currently about 24 weeks pregnant....with another boy. Evan is doing great and was just registered into half day kindergarten here in Calgary starting in August. How time flies. He recently got all his hair shaved off by his dad, on the longest setting the clippers had, but Evan still wants it shorter, too bad for him. He looks very cute with very short hair. My dad and Tracey have been back in Mexico for about 3 months already, maybe next year we'll make a trip down there. Evan LOVED trick or treating this year, he was batman, we kept all his candy of course. Todd and I brought Evan to Jaffray for his first family Christmas and it was great, I was a little overwhelmed. We went ice skating on frozen Rosen, I only had one tumble when I got a piece of Kleenex stuck to the bottom of my skate! I AM POSTING PICTURES!!!!Evan at the Fish Hatchery

I'm mad

I'm pissed off at this stupid thing cuz the chat box is gone, so I've been avoiding blogger for a while. Jodi is gonna get it back for me...then I'll get around to posting stuff soon.
Soooo....spent a few days in Jaffray in September...went to the fish hatchery and Evan is still talking about it! Apparently there is one here not far from our house so we'll hafta check it out soon. HA! I just heard Evan say 'Oh cool!'....in his sleep! He talks in his sleep ALL the time! Funny. It's 9:30 am and he usually sleeps till about 10:00 every day. He gets that from Todd!!!!
My mom & Sequoia were just here for 4 days and we did NOT want them to leave!!! My mom baked us bread and helped me start on my quilting project, she cleaned my house for me daily as well as fed those kids every 10 minutes.....was like a vacation in my own house!
Evan will be 4, YES FOUR!!!!!!! Next month......oh how time flies.

Another week with Sequoia!

Sooo... we enjoyed Sequoia so much last month that we decided to have him back this month for another week! It has been great-again, we've been to many different parks around town and to the Elbow River & The Calgary Tower and YES the wave pool & waterslides-SOOO much fun!!!! We would definatly keep him forever if we could. As you all will be able to tell from my previous posts, summer has been absolutely fantastic this year! A little bit too hot at times but we got an air conditioner and the world makes sense once again. Still the rest of August left to enjoy and I'll keep you posted on our little adventures :)

We spent all weekend at 'Sandy Beach' in Calgary with Aubrie & Jinn-It's just been SOOOO hot for SOOO long!!

He got to drive with Todd in the Bobcats & loaders at Expocrete, go on rides at the Stampede, explore parks around Calgary and lots of fun just playing with Evan in the backyard!
