July proves summer is a great time of year for fun!

We spent all weekend at 'Sandy Beach' in Calgary with Aubrie & Jinn-It's just been SOOOO hot for SOOO long!!

Krista came with Sage, Shyra & Remi to pick up Sequoia after we kept him here for a full week.

I think Sequoia will have nothing but good memories of his time here!

He got to drive with Todd in the Bobcats & loaders at Expocrete, go on rides at the Stampede, explore parks around Calgary and lots of fun just playing with Evan in the backyard!

So you might notice from the pictures below that Evan can now eat blueberries, a very welcome discovery!! For Canada Day Evan and I were in Jaffray but we ended up just going to bed early-we were SO wiped out!!! It was a great visit as usual, went to the Baynes Lake Farmers market, weathered a storm you'd only expect in Florida and I almost killed us at a train crossing!!!!!!!!! Oh the excitement of the country. We brought Sequoia back to Calgary for a week-meaning I had 6 kids here all week-whew! We are planning on going to the Stampede tomorrow ( Sunday) which is always a blast, especially since Evan will have Sequoia with him to go on the rides. It's 10:30am and Evan is still asleep, not unusual for him. I do enjoy my quiet mornings, well semi-quiet because 5 days a week there's other kids here while he's asleep! So there you have our update. Sorry no pictures today-but I have a TON of them to add cuz I took SO many cool ones the last 2 weeks.
